The MicroWinerie
Brasserie-school and relaxed cellar, the MicroWinerie was born from the meeting between a sommelier, a brewer and an experienced creator. Passionate about the worlds of beer and wine, they welcome you to the heart of the Domaine de Roiffé, in a place where it is good to meet with friends or family.
An original concept
- Beer tasting workshops as well as wine tasting under the sign of conviviality
- Beer brewing workshops (2 or 4 hours), during which you will create your own brew (9 to 15 liters)!
- Wine cuvée creation workshops, allowing you to leave with your own beverage!
- You liked your brews or your vintages, totally personalized, you can order them for an event (wedding, birthday, company evening or simply a small personal cellar and thus impress your loved ones)
