Banquet team member on permanent contract 
You will be responsible for setting up seminar and reception rooms (tables, chairs, video projection equipment, etc.) in accordance with customer expectations. 
You are sporty and energetic, you have a sensitivity for new technologies (hi-fi and audio), you know how to work independently and anticipate customer requests, no experience is required, we take care of your training. 
You will mainly work from Tuesday to Saturday.

Head Chef on permanent contract 
You will take charge of the new restaurant on site, a friendly and authentic brasserie opening its doors in June 2023.
Creation of the new restaurant menu. The menu should change with the seasons, highlighting local producers, with its own identity to distinguish itself from the Alcôve, the bistronomic restaurant of the Domaine de Roiffé. 

You have a successful experience as a 2nd or Chef de cuisine, vYou are creative, gourmet and gourmet, you know how to anticipate situations of strong growth, you are mobile and show composure, you fundamentally like teamwork and are recognized for your management skills, you are ambitious and want to join a domain in full expansion. 

We offer you a 41-hour weekly contract – CDI position with the possibility of accommodation on the site during the trial period, an organization of working time allowing consecutive days off and limiting breaks.
